I'm driving to work this morning (94 Q w/ 134K miles) and I get this clanking and banging from under the car. I get out and look only to find the heat shield from a cat dangling from its metal strap.

Poor thing, its falling apart. Or shedding excess weight.

It's hard to complain. That is the ONLY failure in the last 50K miles.

OBTW, it SPANKED a well built BMW 535 last weekend.

Thats kinda how it was today. WE ran some seafoam through Jesda's Q, and we just punched it after we got past a school bus (parked, going the opposite way) and we just left a HUGE cloud of smoke. It was GOLDEN!
