That's pretty...odd, you mean there are spiders in between your transmission and engine? where the clutch/flywheel is?

Thats nasty, I had a bee hive in a door jam once. Get some carb cleaner! That will kill em all and it wont hurt anything, just clean things up a bit..

Detonate one of those bug bombers under your car sometime. That should take care of the pesky bugs ;)

when i pulled my transmission off there was a family of snakes living in there. it freaked me out. and when i took my oil pan off there was a birds nest in there. i was like wtf. haha j/k :) but that is really funny that there are spiders living in your car. Do you live somewhere cold? i would think they would die over the winter.

holy crap man. I hate spiders too, but that's the first time I've ever heard of spiders living between the transmission and engine and starter. Yeah take some good ol' fashioned brake/carb cleaner to the general area. That should poison em real good. While we're on the topic of crap living in your car, I once had a habitat in the section between the car and the fenders (just before the doors, behind the front wheels) with worms, leaves, some spiders and plenty of dirt. They all fell out on my shoes when I replaced my fenders. Dammit

guys especially 180 fan. I am always pulling black widows from cars around here. I had never seen so many black widows till I moved out here to the sacramento valley. I have one currently living in my front fender well ,above the sheild between the bumper facia and inner fender liner, she is stubborn and wont come out far enough for me to grab her. she been there so long I have actually noticed growth in her when I get a glimps of her. But out here I have to hunt them at night around my house. Dont want them bitting one of my kids. After you see enough of them half dollar sized ones you start getting use to them. you cant kill them with bug spray it has no effect only way to kill them is to crush 'em. carb clean works...sometimes.. I shot one with carb clean in my garage it slowed her down a bit but it was 3 or 4 hours before she finally collapsed.

you've all got it wrong. carb cleaner is almost right. now you add the lighter, and you're doing it right.

flame the suckers till they stay on fire when you let off the carb cleaner.

good stuff.

omg dude! that's funny stuff...

I think you need to call in John Goodman:D

this reminds me of my friend that had a family of mice living in his Z32's a/c ducts, he used a mix of bleach and amonia and left it in there overnight, not something I'd recommend though, but the car is ok being that my brother now owns it.
