What the hell is wrong with people?

Im not sure why im putting this in 240 general but here goes.Today was fine. I met up my freinds at the mall, one with an Hatchback 240 and another with his newly registered AE86 corolla. He's got an 86' SR5 that he barley started driving 3 days ago, and it was freshly painted in the "panda" black and white style. It looked gourgeous.

Well, we parked at the parking structure at the mall, on the top floor about 5 spaces away from the other cars. Some security guard was hassleing me cause i was fixing my speakers up there so i left his car and parked on the opposite structure.

The night was fine, we hung out with other freinds, ate som mighty good sushi at Kabuki's. Then we go up to my freinds car and see it. IT WAS F***ING VANDALIZED.

Some Punk kids decided to use his car as a freaking BMX bike jump, as seen by the completley messed up fenders and hood. And there were bike trax allllll over the hood.

My freind has been waiting a good 3 years to get this car painted and in running condition and registered it only 4 days prior when this happened. I swear he was in tears. Hell, I was in tears. We called the cops right away. They say that earlier some punk 17 year old kids were on there bikes up here. They got their information then. We got a full police report and evreything. The whole time my freind was just completley messed up. We started it up, and the fender was rubbing on the wheel. We were all suprised that they didnt break in and take anything. We were gone for like 2 Hours too.

What the hell is wrong with these kids today that they would decide to use a car as a damn bike jump? I mean, what the hell? If we ever find these kids.....

It sux that someone would do that but take heart that there are other people that care about other peoples stuff. Had I caught them doing that I would have beat them senseless and trew their bikes off the top of the building for you. I think you should definately stake out theat area and keep an eye out for these punks. I am sure they are local and will return and if they act like that once they do it all the time so it won't be hard to figure out if it's the same kids. Payback must be given, I suggest running over their bikes while they watch.

Wow! if some little punk who thinks hes some badass ever did something like that to my car I would probally end up in jaill because i would totaly flipout. Just reading that story even makes me mad, being disrespectful is suddenly the "in" thing for kids now. Where i live kids will purposley walk in the middle of the road just to be in the way, and here in Canada the young offenders act keeps them safe from any repercussions.Sorry for my rant but this kind of thing make me red

My kids know if they EVER get caught doing something like that, I will let the system deal with them. No intervention on my part.

And if I catch them, it's the beating of a lifetime and THEN I call the cops on them myself.

The really really sucky thing is that the car has a salvaged title, so the only thing insurance covered is liability. The cop told us right then an there that the reality was that the repairs would come out of his pocket. To make things worse, when they got the guys info earlier, they found out that they were 17 and from the desert somewhere. Well, now all we have to do is wait it out.

Oh yes they are gonna get their butts sued to no end. Im so glad that security guard was hasseling me, otherwise i woulda still of been parked next to him. And if those kids got the balls to do that to one car, they probably would have done the same to mine.

They did catch the kids, and now evreything is going through the system. I have a feeling though that this will probably be settled out of court...

yeah I have had 5 yes 5 cars either Hit by another car or vandalized, It freaking sucks balls I know. Only once did the a$$ who hit me get caught, Some dumb A$$ mother who was drunk driving hit my 240 and drove off with the alarm going off and a huge dent in my door, that time some kids I didn't know came running up to me and were like hear is that guys plates, I called the cops and they found him a home drunk as hell, He paid but my Insurance went up because I got hit, That mother sucker cost me alot not to mention that My car was in the shop for a week because his insurance wouldn't send it to any other shop in town, this happened to at a gas station where I went in to get smokes not even 2 min and all this happened. As for my moms caddie that I was barrowing some numb nut kicked off the passenger side mirror and was never found that was $300 for a mirror from a junk yard and paint (gay heated and light diming Mirrors). My sentra got hit twice in parking lots both in the passenger side, and my blazer was hit by a door and really messed up the spare on the back, make it 6 because my 240 was hit again in a lot and now the passenger side has a huge scratch in it, I don't know what the hell is up with my luck an cars, Now I park at the end of the lot and just walk a bit more. I hate Jerks like that. I hope they pay far out the *** for what they did.

i go through this everyday. im a junior in highschool, and i respect the seniors, they are older and i respect them. now do the sophmores and freshman give me respect, of course not.

I watched some dumb chick back slowly into my door and week-old $2000.00 paint job while I screamed at her. She paid but it was very traumatic to have to watch it. Now I drive a $400.00 car and if I ever get around to painting it at all it will probably be a rattlecan job.

Even if the kids and their parents pay up I still say beat their asses about six months later with skimasks on so they can't report you. I've seen those kids that like to walk in front of cars, I swerve at them, I ain't authority kid don't try resist me I like chaseing the Japanese bosozoku bikers the best. They roll slow revving their broken-*** motorcycles and blocking traffic until the they look back and see me behind them then they can't get out of the way fast enough. A little bup on the rear tire gets their attention.I hope your buddy gets his money!

I agree with the mad scientist. Settle out of court, make those little bastards pay, and six months later or so drop the hammer on them, and their bikes. If nothing else it'll make them better people. Better to teach them that lesson now, while they're young, instead of someone teaching them a similar lesson with a loaded .45 10 years or so down the road.
