My clutch is possesed!

I was on the highway last night on 5th gear going about 70mph, I was just normally driving and then when there was a traffic up ahead I had to slow down and the gear wouldnt down shift! I had to just put the car in neutral and stop.

When I tried to move again the gear wouldnt go to ANY gear, not 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, OR 5th, but it WOULD go to reverse. so after couple of minutes of trying to put the car in gear, (I tried pumping the clutch, letting the car roll a little.) I had to shut off the car and put the car in gear and hold the clutch while I turned the car back on. When the car was on even tho i had the clutch all the way to the floor the car would accelerate as if the clutch wasnt applying at all. When the car started moving again it was shifting fine.

When I got to my neighbor hood. I had the car off for about 20 minutes and When I turned it back on, it just wouldnt go to any gear, BUT when I lifted the clutch from under with my foot, it was shifting fine.

What the hell is going on? is it just a bad clutch? or what? please help!

Sorry for long post. I HAVE made a previous post about this but I didnt describe the situation clearly so therefore no one was able to help me.

I wanna say one of the cylinders, but if it was the slave the pedal wouldn't return... could be the master. Anyhow, you could check and make sure you're not leaking any brake fluid anywhere, if it is around the master, you'll be able to tell.
