I give up, I can't figure it out. Watching Austin Powers and they did the "smoke and a pancake" bit. They made a really big deal about it but I didn't get it. I have cruised around the net trying to find it and so far all I have figured out is it appears to be a british slang term for something sexual. Anybody know what the hel it is?
