What the heck is a U13?

Hey guys I have been browsing around and I have found and SR20DET made for a u13. Now what the heck is a U13? Just wondering Chris

The U12 was the stanza in the US, and the Bluebird/Pintara in other places. Bluebird SSS was on the U12 chassy and had an SR.. are you sure it wasnt U12?

there was also a U13 Bluebird SSS w/ sr20det.... our altima....

I knew that in 92-93 the Stanza became the Altima on the Redesigned U13..but I didnt know it came in SR form overseas.

Go to venus-auto.com and check their new products there is a U13 there. Chris

the u13 is the 1st gen altima's chassis code. 93-97 to be exact. ONly availible here in ka24de, there are various engines availible in the JDM u13, and the sr20de and sr20det are both included. det was AWD and the de was merely FWD.

As our u13 is LHD, the JDM U13 is LHD. The front's of both cars are different was well as the engines, sometimes. The JDM u13 was availible in the ka24, contrary to what anyone will tell you. Most U13's weren't turbo or AWD. Most were FWD N/A, just like our 1st gen altimas.

a u13 sss was where my turbo stuff came from , shame i never got to use it , neat cars tho , got to look at a couple when i was in the desert , wish i could have had one
