I finally put my car together and it runs great at half throttle.

When i floor it, it pops alittle then spins the tires and drives good.

The only thing i could think of is.

1/8 tank of ****ty 89 octane gas.

1 of my injectors is loose in the rail and can be spun around freely.

Basically the only thing that i changed was the turbo.

any help would be great

are you seriously boosting on 89 octane?you are retarded if you are.is there and tuning done to comp for the larger injectors and the new turbo?if not then you are sitting on a time bomb.

a free spinning injector is not good. Should have some tension on it as you spin but you can spin them. I'd pop it out and redo the o-ring. Might not be getting all the fuel through the rest of the rail because of that.

actually pull the rail and have some one turn the car on and see if it leaks to begin with. and he's right about the time bomb ordeal!!! You juice it and pop there goes the investment.

I never run 89 octane but that was all i had to put in right now.I had the fuel rail in and out about 10 times that is why the o rings are worn so much.

It doesn't leak gas but it was leaking air.

There was no detination when i was running because i never boosted over 5psi and the engine was still cool.

If your injector is leaking air around it your car will run like ***..it's a huge vacuum/boost leak..trust me.

It was leaking quite bad and then i pushed it closer to the engine and it stopped making the leaking loise but i assume it still is leaking.

I tried to switch the orings and no help. As i rev it the fuel line pressure seems to get low. I can squeze it and feel bubbles.

eh, how do "feel bubbles" inside a hose, you have the touch of a jedi or something. If the hose has a pulsation, that's the pump pumping and is normal. If you do not have a real fuel pressure gauge hooked up get one in there, you can't "feel" pressure drop. If or when you get one it should not drop as the RPMS and boost climb, if it starts to fall off you may have a failing pump. Ehen my pump went as soon as the car came on boost it was like hitting a wall of Jello, the car just tripped over it's own feet and lost gobbs of power.

indeed it is, ive found that my fuel pressure changes daily depending on weather so you need an inline gauge as well as i need to tweak mine to make sure that its at the right pressure else it leans out or runs too rich.
