i have a 97 240sx with a ka24de-t and latley the car runs very rought in every gear from about 2500-4000 rpm, if i run the piss out of it it runs fine. just under normal driving at those rpms it kinda hesitates and is jerky. i pulled some codes from it and i dont remember the numbers but one code said "number 1 bank is lean" and there was another for the crank angle sensor and the rest were manufacturer vehicle specific. coukld you please give me a few ideas or point me into the right direction. i will re run these codes and get the numbers for them and post those shortly.

check for vac leaks. spray intake manifold and plenum with carb cleaner while engine is running. if the rpms pick up you found a leak.
