Ok if my car had just a sr20det red top, fuel pump, and front mount. And i swap the stock turbo out for a hks gt 2530 how much more power is it going to make at the same PSI? I am looking to have a ride with 300hp but i just wanted to know how much more than the stock turbo this thing will put out, with everything else being the same. thanks for the help

properly tuned ie. 550 cc injectors and computer retuned about 300-375 depending on the total package and engine condition..

No way it will make that much power on the stock boost.

I'm sure you can get 300 out of it, I'll be going for 300 out of a GT2540...but thats on a stock exhaust manifold...I think it'll do it but time will tell. Important thing though...UPGRADE your fuel system, Vrtgrumpy is right, I wouldnt go smaller than 550 cc injectors. Heck, I'd go for 720's ;)

Sorry... didn't mean to be negative. I thought you were talking about running the new turbo at stock boost (.5bar). You should be able to make nice power running more boost. I also agree that you should go ahead and get the 720s. You never know where you may end up with the car.

well, you should upgrade your headgasket ideally...and fuel will need to be upgraded if you run much boost...running 10 psi on that turbo vs. 10psi on a stock turbo is quite a bit different. How different? I'll tell ya when I get mine running (even though mine is a gt2540...if it ever shows up).
