what temp to turn on fans at???

well with summer closing in and having my fans set at 175 F and turning on every 10 seconds in stop and go traffic, i want to change it to what most of you guys are running, sooo basically im askin is when are your fans turned on???

hmmm i dont really knowBut guessing why dont turn them on maybe 10-20 degrees after your thermostat

I think mine are set to 160 degrees.

i've got a thermo probe that sticks into my radiator for my FAL fan controller. Fans kick on a little above 80*c and run until temps drop below 80*c or so

80* C = 176 * FWhen does your Thermostat open up at??

stock thermostat, so whatever that opens up at. sorry i don't know much about my own cooling system, but its relativly stock and works well. if there ain't nothing broke, then there's no need to repair it.
