So I'm gettin ready to lower my 02 Max with Vogtland springs and Illuminas and I'm wondering what I'm gonna need to replace ie: mounts etc. This is my first time having suspension work done on any car so I'm a total newb. I'm only planing on using the front springs and keeping the rears OEM with new the new Illuminas. I have a buddy thats gonna do it for me but I want to have all the stuff I need before I bring it to him. Thanks in advance.

you shouldnt need to "replace" anything, however, if your friend finds a isolator cap with cracks in it, bad shock boots, or worn out steering knuckles, replace them you will save yourself the headache of having to get multiple alignments.

if you are dropping the front 1.5"or more, get camber bolts for the top from eibach.

you should be able to purchase the isolator caps at any nissan/infinity dealer. however they may be cheaper at a parts store. same goes for the strut boots.

if the strut boots you have now are worn and falling apart and do not cover the shaft of your strut, TOKICO will NOT honor their warranty bc the shaft was not PROPERLY protected.

this is my new isolator cap installed:

this is my Tokico's with the new boot:
