What Summer Oil

Ok, put 500 miles on the motor, so time for oil change. Used crappy dino 10w-50 for break in. What do you guys reccomend for summer oil?

I just started using 10w/40 Valvoline Synthetic blend with a K&N oil filter which Advanced Auto parts(Discount) does carry on their shelves. The good thing about the K&N oil filter is the fitting for easy removal + 5hp lol
