what spark plugs to get and whats the differnce

ok im running these ones NGK BKR7E but i look them up on summit and these 2 come up http://www.summitracing.com/se...dds=1

whats the diffenace in them and which ones r the right ones

They are the same plug I change them every 3 or 4 oil changes the 5791 are the BKR7e-11 plug and is gaped to .044 which I have to regap them to .030 or there about or spark blow out will occur. I like the 11s cause I like to gap them myself the others are a smaller gap IIRC something like a .024 or so???

well my set up is 850 injectors gt2871r.86 z32 mafbc 264cams greddy intake cam gear

what would u guys recomend is there any that u dont have to gap but if i have to i can but i was just wonderin what was differnt about them

so if i get the .024 ones i should be fine and not have a problem
