what spark plugs and wires to use with S14 SR20DE ? and yes, I searched already.

ok, plain and simple, what spark plugs and spark plug wires are compatible with the S14 SR20DE? I heard the KADE plugs and wires would work but i need confirmation. please help. thanks.

I searched and nothing came up for the SR20DE, and since the DET uses coil packs I need to know what to use with the the DE , I assume it should be the same as KA becuase the spark plug and distributer ends are pretty much the same on most cars right? again, I would like some confirmation. thanks again.
