I own a 1991 240 currently on 15" rims, I recently got a set of 17" 2006 sentra SE-r Spec-V rims for $40 at auto recycler, As I have never changed from OE size tires I'm at a loss for what size to use. Any assistance would be appreciated.

compare stock size to potential ones. also, you will not have issues with width so i wouldn't worry to much about it.

Would I require spacers to use them as was talked about in previous threads?

If you plus size the OEM tires up a 215-45(40)-17 should be about the same height as the OE size . With that said the next question or questions would be are you lowered/ slammed if so you might want a smaller tire .I would go with the 40 series . Now on to width do you want to run super wide . With the rims you have the offsets suck if your lowered there going to look sunken in . Spacers will help as well as give you more room to run a wider tire but on a 7inch wide rim i wouldnt run anything more then like a 225 40 . But thats just my .02.....Hope that helps .

Sure it does, I had 225/45/17 up front and 235/45/17 rear. Fit fine.

i got 235 45 17's all the way around.

my car is lowered 1.5"s all the way around.

the only thing that rubs is the fender through a high speed curve.but a simple fender roll will solve that.

cant be with stock struts. i had those on my gold coupe, brand new 225 45 17's and the fronts rubbed, fully stock suspension.
