What size speakers 97-01 Q45

What size are the stock speakers in the 97-01 Q45? I thought they were 6.5" but I was wrong. Rear doors look like 5" and front looks like 5 3/4". Can anyone confirm this?

I replaced all the speakers in my '97.

Front door: 6.5"Rear door: 5.25"Rear deck: 6.5"
