I'm most likely purchasing a 95 SE today, and it needs tires, so I'll go ahead and get the rims now. I just want to make sure that I won't have to re-purchase rims after the brake conversion.

I'll probably do a Z32 front swap, and leave the back alone...

I'm thinking 17" will do fine, but what is the offset (to fit around the Z32 calipers) and lug pattern ( 5 X ???) for the SE?

First post w00t.

this is a very common subject, something that you should search before posting.

lug pattern is 5x114.3

z32 front brakes arent that big, you can use some 15" wheels, 16" for the most part will work, but brake clearance is a function of spoke design, so you need to find out on a wheel by wheel basis...theres threads around that discuss that

moved to w/t/b/s btw...

edit... d!ck beat me to it

Thanks mod...and I did search, actually. All I found was the brake conversion how-to and those coinciding. It is actually fairly difficult to search for this topic with the proper combination of words. The search kept telling me NO RESULTS.

Perhaps it is easier to search for these common topics, with results that is, when you already know the thread name...
