What size intercooler piping????

Wat size should i go with?? 2.5 or 3"

2.5" will more than suffice.

with 3 inch you will get more lag as there is more air space to fill. I personally run 2.5 hot side and 3 inch on cold side. Why this madness. I have no technical reason really. It seems to work very well though. I have yet to compare it to a 2.5 cold side pipe. my car run the stock turbo at 14psi

They run 3.5" - 4" piping.

It's all about velocity vs. flow

If you drop the velocity of the flow then you will get better intercooling but less overall flow.

good rules of thumb

ic pipes should be about the same size as the tb

exhaust pipes should be as huge as possible

I know this guy with a Celica AWD putting down 575HP using 2.5" intercooler pipes. Stick with 2.5".
