Hi Guys, i did alittle searching and found mostly for sale adds and no clear cut answers. I want to upgrade my fuel system and was wondering what size injectors would be good for 350Whp (hopefully) @ 15-16 psi. I was thinking 550's should be good enough ????. Im currently running a 50 trim t3/t4 turbo, 3 inch downpipe, hks exhaust, etc etc. Thanx

Jay

Uhhh 550cc's may be cutting it close. I'd say fork out the cash for something in the 700-800cc range, as long as your ecu is tuned for the right injector the size doesn't really matter.

Wait for 480sx to answer though, he has or had this size injector so he'll be able to answer more clearly. If I recall he mentioned once that he wished he had gotten bigger injectors instead getting the 550's.

I say buy the biggest injector your budget supports. You don't want to be maxing out your injectors before you reach your hp goal.

I got 740cc side feeds. Works great, and awesome idle. Not a hiccup yet. I personally got Deatschwerks. Two of my injectors fried in the past almost 3 years. They have been really great helping me out in those times, too.

550's are cutting it close like Chris said. I would go with 850's personally, the largest that any tuner offers support for. I believe its the limit of the stock ECU, but dont quote me on that.

I mean you say you want 350hp now, but who knows down the line, might as well spend the money on the biggest injectors you can handle.

Always kicked myself for getting 550cc's, but i traded them for a set of 850's of the same brand so i lucked out.
