What size bolts for engine stand

What size bolts do I need to bolt the motor onto the engine stand? I want to buy these before I go pick up my spare motor.

I think they're m12x1.25 check out some of your transmission bolts.

yeah just take one of your transmission bolts into the hardware store and get something with the same thread pitch etc, but longer.

or just use transmission bolts, that what i did.

The thing is this is an extra motor, which I didn't get the transmission with, so I don't have any transmission bolts sitting around.

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find out what size bolts you need for the block to connect to the engine stand?
