What size and spec door speakers are in the g25/g37

I'm looking to upgrade the door speakers in my 2011 g25x.. It does not have the Bose speakers.. I don't plan on adding an amp I just want better sound then them terrible stocks.. If you can help me out with what size I need and if I need a 2 ohm or 4 ohm speaker...

Feel free to look over the FSMs for info (link in my sig). I'm not sure what they are to be honest.
