what should idle rpms be when in park and drive?

Im just wondering what should the car idle rpms be at when the car is in park and drive? cause when i put it in drive its around 600 is that low?

720 +/- 50 in neutral with throttle positioning sensor connected
650 +/- 50 in neutral with throttle positioning sensor disconnected

check the FSM
