What should I take off a 04 Q45 for my 02?

Interesting situation...I have a chance to exchange some parts from a crashed up 04 Q45 to put on my 02. My buddy is selling the car to some junk yard. I've already taken the MAF and am planning on exchanging the throttle body since mines is giving a error code of P0505, and the Coil packs. I was thinking of trading the Cat also. What other things would be a good exchange? Mines does not have the pedal and ECM? update, so what can be taken from the 04 to make mines better? I don't know where the ECM is on these cars. thanks in advance
