just found a 5spd swap for 250.i'm going to check it out tomorrow, if everything seem to work perfectly i'll get it....sweet!!! now i need to drive all the way to sac(1 hr) to trade my 240 for my bro frontier truck so i can pick up the 5spd swap... so what parts and defects i should look for when buying a 5spd swap..

Dude, for $250 a FULL 5 speed swap would be a steal even if the trans was shot. List all the items included in the sale and I'll let you know if its worth it.

truck? just take out the passenger seat and put some thing on the floor to protect the carpet and everything should fit

lol there's a bunch more here http://forum.e46fanatics.com/s...44764 anyway, not sure what parts of the swap you have so far. you'll need the manual brake pedal or you can cut your existing one. clutch pedal and clutch pedal cable, master cylinder, manual driveshaft. and make sure the speed sensor is still there. Idk I haven't done a manual swap yet, but I believe that's all.

ive got a transmission and driveshaft you can have for free. ill even give you a flywheel, exedy clutch and pressure plate.
