What should I do???????

First off i am having an SR swap done for me because I don't have time to do it myself. I took my car to the guy who is doing my swap the first week in June(no names he seems like a nice guy so I don't want to mention it yet). He told me he would have it to me by the NOPI show which was july 10-11. He missed that deadline. Then he told me he would have it to me by my car show which was August 7th. Then I called him and he told me 2 weeks at the longest. Now my car has the engine in but not hooked up. He told me that he had it running and when i went to see it I asked if I could start it and he said no that he just drained the fluids. He also told me that he would give me the radiator off the clip(98 180sx), but when i went to look at the car he had used a radiator off of a s13 240. what should I do? I am afraid if I call and be an *** he'll rush and mess up, but if I be nice like I have been he will take the rest of the year.

why dont u ask him if he if u can help in the build and make up something like u want to b involve'd in the build up bcaz its something special or something like that and u would feel better if u help'd him. Then he can't slack off and u can supervise him.

I called him this morning and of course he did not answer his phone. I left a message and sent him an email. I was fine with all this until he lied to me about the radiator. He said that he gave my radiator to the guy who's swap he did before mine. Now I am pissed and told him he had until this weekend to finish. If he does not finish I will pick it up pay him the price of the engine but no extra.

It is hard to trust anything that he says now after he missed 3 deadlines and gave my radiator to some other guy.
