It is my daily driver, right now its running pretty good. the weather is cold so it takes about 15 min for the idle to adjust to normal, but it runs good. ( ill get a video up of what it look and sounds like.my budget would be $1400OutToWinPAHC wrote:First question is how do you use the car and what do you want to do with it. Is it your daily driver? How does it run now.
If its your daily I would maintain it, upgrade the suspension, get better wheels and breaks and enjoy it for now. If its not your daily grind or competition car, go for power first, then brakes and suspension after you know what kinda power your making.
Last whats your current on hand budget
i bought the car the way it is over the summer,fukin240 wrote:You just always do what you want, what you think is best, in your own terms. Not what's cool, or what people think.
You should take a look at the current rust situation, and make sure it's a good platform to start with.
You started the fenders, run with it
and yes i awnt a new bumber, but with the lip spoiler.BrianHarte wrote:If you want it to be naturally Aspirated, just leave it stock. If you want to turbo it, then go for it.
Might want to get a new front bumper...
i just got done searching for wheels and im going for the AZUL Sprint-5's in gunmetal or black.keith0486 wrote:sportmaxx wheels are pretty affordable or you could see if you can find your self some oem wheels like 350z wheels of some thing to hold you off til u can get some good wheels.

working with the money youve got, go with somthing like stance or powered by max both are around 1000-1200 and are fully adjustable.and both are brands with good reputation.Metal4Life..95s14 wrote:what are some coilovers that can give my car a good drop.
why not get the wheels, RB motoring doesn't have anything i like.silvia_ks_69 wrote: that front bumper needs to be fixed...maybe hit a junk yard and try to locate one? also u shouldnt waste your money on those wheels. there not guna look any better than the ones u have on now. IMO save up and buy a used set of jdm wheels with a good offset of around +15 or lower and 8+inches wide. yahoo japan is a place to start, same with RB motoring which are located in the states.
If its your daily then u should:
1. Make sure the ride is mechanically sound and get rid of that damn bumper lol2. Replace worn out tie rods, bushings etc.3. Get some coilovers and brakes (u can get a set of megans for 1100 and i think stance is around that price too.)4. Start assembling quality engine parts
, so those thoes wheels are out the window.nevertheless wrote:Look up coilover reviews that are in your price and range. Those wheels your looking at are for a honda. get some beefier wheels like17x8 and up and, the lower the offset the more ballin you are, like +20and rock the bumper, until you get everything "mechanically sound."
