I'd set your high at 13 and low I'd leave at stock..

I have an HKS wastegate so I use 10-11psi for my low and my high is at 14-15psi, but I only run that with race fuel in the tank... Still on factory fuel hardware...

Get rid of the B Spec II. Its total junk. Ive owned 2 of them and both didnt control boost right on an RB25 and SR20. It wouldnt hold boost on the SR20 and it would creep badly on the RB25. Just do yourself a favor and get an Apexi AVC-R. Its pricey but well worth the money to get the best boost control possible.

yea im goin to set my low at stock and my high at like 12..but the controller goes by percentage 0-100 should i jus set it to a certain percent, drive it, and see what it boosts at until i get it to boost untill 12psi on the gauage and then set it at that percent? Im tryin to find out what to set the start boost, boost spike etc according to the profec B..

to drifterprodigy85- thanks for the advice..im goin to have to work with this for now but thanks for the advice ill look into that.

I'm not sure what my percentage is set at on mine. I think it's at lik 55% or so, it goes by how much your wastegate can handle, how that works I don't know, just start low and work your way up, better to be on the highway when doing it. If it spikes you'lll have to either lower or raise your gain to get it to hold steady. Just alittle bit at a time man, don't go crazy with it.

Too an extent, if you raise it too high it'll cause spiking..

i use the profec on my sr, and i had no problems with it.i left the gain at like 15 and then started to adjust my high, low settings keeping low about 15% lower then high. i hit a constant 14psi with no spike on the stock wastegate, i would usually drive on low around 11psi. i recomend a hks wastegate if you are going over 11psi for extended lengths, the stock wastegate will generally start operating at 10psi.

You adjust the boost level by the first setting which is simply turning the knob (0-100%).

The Gain setting is used to stabilize the boost. After you increase the boost level, it will typically creep or fall with rpm. Increase the Gain to stabilize the boost from falling. Decrease the Gain to stabilize the boost from creeping.

The Set Boost feature is used to hold the wastegate closed for better boost response. You set the boost level where you want it to be. If you have it set to close to the target boost, you will get boost spike.
