What sensor is on the middle of the top manifold going in a perpendicular direction to the manifold. Its kind of a brass style 2 inch long hex looking thing. When you take the sensor out its got a little push plastic piece. Mine is broke and I need a new one. If you have one of these sensors or can tell me what it is, please tell me.

Idle-up for A/C. Only works when compressor is engaged.

If yours is broke..I expect the blue socket has snapped off the end.

Problem is that you need to leave it in, otherwise you'll have permanent 'idle up', if you just block it with a blanking plug.

I never tried, but putting a drop of aryldite in the center hole might work. Then blanking off the hole.

Good luck!

The sensor it self is good its just the plug end has snapped off. Does that mean I still need to go out and buy one? Does the sensor match up from any other motor like a KA24E?
