Hey guys,
I was wondering which spare wheel/tire are you running? I have G37" BBK kit and sport OEM 19" wheels with 15mm spacers. Running without a spare since March and I think I'm pushing my luck lol
Can someone confirm that the G37 Sport spare does indeed work?
I've seen it mentioned and I see that it's not that expensive or any other options out there...

Thanks

The G37S spare does in fact work. It's what I have in my trunk for the BBK. Just make sure u get the 18" spare and not the 17".

No prob, happy to help. I sourced mine on eBay...I don't think I paid more than $200 shipped for it.

Not sure if I understand... get another 15mm spacer and use 2 of them with my original spare tire?

I'd feel safer with an actual spare.

Just use a full size OEM 19" rim. My car was optioned with a full size spare (with TPMS BTW). I guess I am one of the few lucky ones.

how does a full size OEM M wheel help if you have the BBK, the wheel will still not clear the caliper w/o spacers/extended lug nuts/adapters? I guess if it was a G37 full size spare that should work.

but it sounds like a G37 skinny spare is the way to go...or carrying around one of those "star adapters/spacer" thingy.

I'm in the same boat, or will be at least soon running R35 wheels on all four with the BBK.

The lug bolts are in the hub and the spacer is already there per the OP. Neither the lug bolts or the spacer are relevant since he is running sport OEM 19" wheels and already has the appropriate lug bolts and spacers.

What I meant was if you have a set of wheels that clear BBK and your spare doesn't you'll need to have a spacer for your spare.

So I have the stock spare donut that came with my M45 sport.

What size spacer would I need to clear my BBK? How much $ do spacers run.

Seems like buying g37 sport wheel is a good route, but will the 18" wheel fit in the place of the current spare in the trunk?
