It's really humid and has been raining on and off here this evening, and when I was out driving my I30 I put my window down. When I went to put it back up it went up slower than usual. Every single Nissan or Infiniti that I've ever driven has exhibited this behavior in extreme humidity. Why do they all seem to do this? My I30 is only six years old so I have a hard time believing that my window motor would be going already.

I drive an 01 max and the passenger window is effed up. Rolls up really slow. POS motors. Pobably a 25% ratio, that way everyone gets a s**t window.

Yeah and now my driver's side window has started squeaking when putting it up or down...anyone know if there is a TSB or something on this? I'm really surprised at how poorly these windows perform when they've gotten wet within the last 24 hours. My car is currently sitting in direct sunlight now to try to dry off so I'll see how that goes.

For the squeaking, try some silicone spray in the window channels.
