I just wanted to say hello. I've had my Altima Coupe since February of last year, but I haven't gotten around to working with it too much. Basically I've only had time to drive it back and forth to work. Anyway, it's a black '08 3.5 SE with the CVT. Oh and I had the windows tinted (hooray for something). So now I'm starting my journey into customizing my first import car. I've done a street truck, but had to sell it as I was paying about $700 a month in gas (not joking). So I'm totally new to the tuner cars, but so far I've loved this thing.
Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated. Oh and I read a few of the welcome messages and I know you're going to tell me to drop it. So before you do, I'll ask how I should drop it. What parts, and everything like that.
Thanks Everybody.
One more thing, before I go. Ignore the name. My friend gave that to me as a nickname because I was too nice. So he went with the whole irony thing.
the bc racing coils is what ur lookin for on coils n the springs are the eibach setup thats all it is u still use stock strutsA_Hole wrote:With the eibach kit, how is the ride quality, will I need to buy new shocks for it? About how much does it lower the car? And are the end links for the front and rear a necessity?
Also, do you know of any adjustable coilover kits and are they worth the money instead of just going with the eibach?
Sorry for the million questions, I've only done a street truck and that's a whole different beast haha.
NO stay away from other parts from them they arent the same if u had a z itd be diff. But call them and tell them your on nico and you saw they had a special with us for them being priced at a g and see what they can doA_Hole wrote:Hey guys,
Thanks for the suggestions. I checked BC's website and I didn't see the Altima listed. Which brings me to my next question. Are the chassis for the Infinity G35/G37 the same as the Altima? Would the suspension from one of those cars work on mine? If so, which one? The G35 or the G37?
