Actually I didn't take any pics - I just wanted to get it over with once I started. Took me about 1.5 hours to get it apart, and about an hour to swap over new hoses and stand around going "damn..." with a beer in my hand. Actually was a little faster getting it together again. I didn't notice exactly how long because I stopped to cook some burgers on the grill.
There were three irritating things. The first was that a lot of the sensor connectors have degraded with heat and the plastic tabs broke off several. THey still lock together but are a ***** to get apart.
The second was that the Scottsdale Infiniti hose kit is not as complete as I assumed. It was missing one hose right behind the IAC which will be a real pain to do later, another one under the TB and another opposite the one with the caterpillar in it. They are all for the IAC system, so maybe it's my fault for not specifying them.
The third was that NAPA didn't have a thermostat and there was no infiniti dealer in Temecula so I couldn't do that while I was nearby. It's not a big deal but irritating nonetheless. I suspect my thermostat is stuck open because the car takes forever to warm up, so I will be doing it very soon.
Oh, and to top it off, the vacumn leaks I was hearing weren't from any of the hoses in the kit anyway. One was from the line to the fuel pressure regulator under the IAC, and one was the IAC to plenum gasket. I guess now that I have all new hoses, and all new injectors, the KS will fail and I'll have to do it again.
