So I've had my 240 for about 4 months and I was changing my oil for the first time today and saw this crap. It's a sensor right beside my oil filter with this one partially bare wire connected to it. Is it an oil pressure sensor? Any commentary is welcome.

It's the oil pressure sensor. Throw that sh*t away. It's complete garbage, put an aftermarket one.

It's a stock KA. Is it only supposed to have one wire connected to it? Isn't it supposed to have a little harness to clip onto it instead of that one little fkd up wire?

IT is supposed to have a little connector however, the sensor is just as accurate unplugged as it is plugged in.

Go with an aftermarket gauge.

What would be the right thread/pitch size have to be for the sensor?

O forgot, it's a wierd one though BSPT. British standard, but you can find it on places like McMaster carr. The part number is somewhere on zilvia. I forgot where, I did mine awhile back
