What's the problem? Please Help!!!

I bought some fog lights the other day and hooked them up. Everything was working fine before the install but when I was finished, my seatbelts don't work. The key has to be in the on position for them to work. When I open the drivers side door, the clock in the dash quits working. When I close the door, it turns back on and is reset back to 1:00. Also, my CD player don't work, but I noticed at night time, I can see it trying to turn on. It flashes on and off like its trying to turn on, but never does. And, I've also noticed that the light in the dash that tells if your door is open fades in and out. It is an S13 with just the usual I/H/E bolt on's. There is a system installed and I unhooked it to see if that had anything to do with it, and still nothing. I've tried everything, unhooked the fogs and nothing at all. Please help!!!!

Were the fogs installed with all new wiring or did you connect into the factory harness? Somewhere you have a plug loose or tapped into something wrong.
