MSRP is about $46.8-$47k. I'm only missing the cargo organizer and my MSRP was $46,8.

I'm in Ottawa too and I also considered the CTS4. Mid-April, I took one for a 24-hr test drive (i.e. take it home, park it in your garage, drive to work, shopping, etc, take it back to dealer next day). If you'd like to know why I'm a happy EX owner now, email me at "CruiseCtrl at dividedhighway dot ca".
Also, I'm a little confused ... if you're going to lease (not buy outright), how are you going to do this "cross-border"?
