what's the outside diameter for the throttle body?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

is it 3" or 2.75"outside diameter? I have to order some silicon reducer..my intercoolerpiping is 2.5.. so I am looking for a RIGHT reducer..can anyone help me what size is it exactly? where is a cheapest place I can find ? so far I found one that's 19.99 + 8 bucks shipping...

2.73 Inches :) As for couplers, I cant help much...I got the really nice but way to expensive http://www.sporthoses.com stuff.

you should be able to use jsut a 2.5" normal coupler. i had to work it onto my throttle body some but it got on there

A 2.75" hose fits just fine. Just get a 2.5" - 2.75" reducer. I bought mine from turbonetics.

yes 2.75". I remembered because I bought 3 inch to 2.5 inch reducer and 3 inch is too big.. I had to cut a 2.75 connector and put it between the throttle body and the 3 inch connector.

I don't think that reinforced silicone 2.5" would fit, actually. Nitrile rubber or thinner silicone would. If you are using the thicker silicone that is fiber reinforced I'd say stick with 2.75"
