What’s the difference between Canadian and JDM paneling?

I tried searching and didn’t find a true answer.-What is the difference with JDM and Canadian A and B pillar paneling with the manual seatbelts? What would be the better way to do it with a 90 usdm 240sx?-What’s up with the headliner and the Paneling? Do you need to swap out the headliner with the JDM paneling and not the Canadian?-Last a finial question, does any know the part #’s for the JDM and Canadian paneling part and a place to source them out?
