I didn't find any definitive answer. If you can tell me I'd appreciate it. I guess I'm really asking what'st the "T" for? Why is that one different than a base model?

Yes.

The Touring model had a 15mm rear sway bar (none on the base Q), as well as some creature comforts (which Wes can probably detail better than I can).

Rear 15.9mm bar and front 28mm sway bar to shift roll stiffness ratio more rearward to reduce understeer. Rear is 12% stiffer and front is 5% softer.

And the dynamic [from steering wheel position and speed] adjustable rear toe which help turn in into a curve and stabilizes oversteer coming out of a curve.

When maintained and adjusted correctly significant improvement in feel and safety............valuable in wet conditions.

Later (1994+) Touring models also had heated seats and Sony 10 CD players.

1994 t model also had HICAS.

Rear trunk spoiler, no third brake ligh in rear deck, "t" badge on trunk spoiler next to "Q45". Lightweight 15 x 6.5" BBS wheels and beter tires.

Mine came with gaudy gold plated badges.

The heated seats are really nice, this time of year.

For some strange reason, my "t" did not come with the CD Changer.

Mine didnt either (CD changer), as it has a 6CD clarion instead of the crappy 10CD sony....

My T came with only heated seats... I know ive said that a lot of things came standard (creature comforts) with the T models, but you could get the T model AS WELL as one of the other packages.

CD player must have been a 1995+ item as it is in sales brochure addendum for 1995 MY.
