I'm going to have to agree with that observationRCA wrote:Also this applies to most of NICO. It seems like it's slowing down...

I had to look up "belling the cat", and that's not what I meant by my post. I understand how difficult it is and I was just hoping to stir up some NICOnauts to tackle some of them. I answered the throttle response one and it looks like I was way off. One thing I have a hard time doing is car advice, I am not a "car guy". I know some car basics, some S14 and Z33 specific things but as for all the other car sections of NICO I have no idea. For me I stick to what I know, you won't see many unanswered posts in Gaming or Computer/Electronics because I check those multiple times per day.szh wrote:More importantly, do I hear a call for "belling that cat" from you?I'd love to see you dive in the M forum and answer questions in there too.
Do you think it is because most enthusiast's budgets are getting squeezed? I figure the largest demographic of car forum users are younger and because unemployment has affected the younger generations more than any one else they have less $$ to spend doing what they love. In my case, I haven't touched my S14 in years. I still hang around because of the familiar faces; If I logged on and didn't recognize any one, I don't think I would check in often.audtatious wrote:Every forum website I'm on has seen slow downs over the past year. Dunno if less people are interested in forums or if there are simply more and more forums popping up and thinning interested parties out.
Could be. Demographics also change. If NICO were only about the 240sx I would be worried as people who are looking for a RWD sporty car now have a few years of 350z and G35 to choose from instead of a 14yo+ S-chassis. The economy has a lot to do with things as well.RCA wrote:szh wrote:Do you think it is because most enthusiast's budgets are getting squeezed?
