what's the biggest tire you can fit on 17in wheels for S13 hatch ?

basically what i want to know is what's the widest tire you can fit on an S13 hatch lowered 2inches without rubbing, and what's the offset limits on such a Wheel? im looking at the enkei EVO 5 wheels in either 17 or 18 . thanks.
