What's the best carpet cleaner?

No one ever really metioned anything about good carpet cleaner in the thread awhile back about car care products. I've got the original 240sx floormats but they're alittle dirty and I need to know what the best carpet cleaner out there is.

Now This is a bad image quality pic! lol never try to use a web cam to take pics in your computer.

go have a steam cleaner guy do it for like 60 (for the whole car) call around.. ive tryed that spray stuff never could get it to clean right...
