What's that part and does anyone have one?

I was going to start pulling my broke transmission out. I still have the overdrive light left over from the Auto transmission. When i start my car it blinks 10 or so times really rast and its annoying, maybe because i don't have the auto transmission. HAHA. I haven't seen that piece in any of the junkyard cars because they are fairly ripped apart when i get to them. Is that just a plastic cover piece in the manual trans cars or is it something else. Does anyone have one? Thanks. Nick

In the S13 where the O/D light is(left of the radio right of the steering wheel), does that have a plastic part that goes over it from the manual S13. Does anyone have one?

No coinholder! That's reason enough to do an auto --> manual swap.

It doesn't seem like a great place to put an overdrive indicator, but then again it doesn't seem like a great place for a coinholder either. Unless the light is somewhere on the center console, I can't imagine where else it could be.

The overdrive light in the auto is in the sameplace as the coin holder in the manual. I have done the swap already and need to get rid of the light. Which brings the next question. Does any one have one? Nick

Might wanna try the Buy/Sell forum. I must admit, "WTB S13 Coin Holder" is pretty funny.

Still...I'm in the market for that little plastic panel where the power side mirror controls would be, so don't listen to a word I say.

My SE Coupe doesn't have a coinholder. It has a washer fluid warning light indiciating if thats low.

washer fluid idicator light would be impossible to install if i didn't have one to begin with. And it probably will be even harder to find concidering in the junkyard that stuff is already gone and a big black square hole. Nick

theres a thread somewhere where a guy put 3 guages in that spot and it fit perfectly. u just need a little plastic plate to mount the guages into. it looked really nice

I had a coin holder in my 90 5speed hatch, but my 89 5speed coupe doesnt have one.
