We have had a lot of people come on here with other people's cars and post exactly how you post. Especially on the first post. Now, if you came on, introduced yourself, explain how you got the car and show some history, nobody would think you are trolling. Just someone with a nice car and was curious on what is is worth.

Very nice car, clean, and well executed. Where are you located at anyway?

I'm in Canada. The reason why I'm asking what it's worth is because I imported it from Japan with all the mods already done. It's very tasteful and looks clean, but I have no idea what I should sell it for. Some sites suggest that the Recaro seats alone are worth 1000-2000$. I'm interested to see what you guys think it's worth.

Its hard to say how much to sell it for. Some areas go a lot higher than others. One city you could get 15k, but another you will be happy to get 7k. Canada, you should be able a pretty Loonie for it. Just do not expect someone to jump on it right away with winter coming around. I also think people in the US can import them s long as they are a 1990 make. I believe it's the 25 yr law or some crap like that. Maybe look into the Northern US states for buyers.

sorry to break it to you. But 300zx are not as hyped as the Supra. You'll be lucky enough to get 10k for the ride in that condition but slim tho.

Hmm, I was thinking in the 8-10k range. I mean a stock clean TT with 82k would sell for 5-6k by itself.

Agreed, they are not as hyped as the supra, but you realize he only has just under 51,000 miles on the car. We have TT's just like his but LHD here in Denver that has gone for almost 14k. Buyers are out there, especially ones that are looking for the rarity of a legit RHD. I think Canada had LHD, so a RHD model is still rare up there.

OP, Honestly if you are looking to sell it but not in a hurry, post it for 12k. MOst people will haggle you down to maybe 10k. If you are in a hurry, post it for 8k-7k. POst it on Facebook 300zx buy/sell posting, but post it for the higher amount. That will reach the specific people who will buy. GL

Well, I pulled the plenum to fix the oil leak from my valve covers but I was a retard and forgot to put the bolts back into the egr pipes that connect to underneath the plenum, the car only runs when you keep your foot on the gas, other than that it sputters and dies. Do I have to take it all apart again or is it possible to thread in the bolts for both of the egr tubes with everything
together (minus taking apart things here and there).

I'm in the middle of a plenum pull project myself... I think rebolting those tubes to the underside of the plenum is one of the things you do after most stuff is back in place, so I would think you only have to remove a few things to get to there...

I suggest a stubby ratchet and extentions though...

Hmm yeah I would think you should be able to get to the bolts with a combination of extensions and wobbles you might have to loosen the plenum and remove some things. I can't say for sure because I deleted the EGR on my car. Good luck!

The outside bolts are reachable but AFAIR the inside ones are a huge B. Short rachetting boxhead or a mini ratchet and shorty socket will be your friends here.

Is there any way to ghetto remove the EGR without pulling the engine ? I've heard of people just chopping off the tubes and plugging them and then installing the block off plates for the plenum. I'm not a huge fan of cutting corners but it seems I don't have a whole lot of options to do it right besides pull the motor or be one of the 5 total guys who somehow properly deleted it without removing the motor. What I'm dealing with is just basically a big vacuum leak right ?

See I don't know about that though, if I would've done things right, I would imagine it would probably be one of the very first things that I bolt in once the plenum goes back on, because once you secure the plenum and start adding things, it becomes virtually impossible to stick your hand beneath all that crap and thread in the bolt, let alone fit a stubby wrench in there to tighten it down.
