So I finally got my motor running. It's been fully rebuilt and has great compression. It starts up perfect. But the idle is really rough and it shakes when holding any steady rpm. It revs fine, though. The video was taken when the motor was completely cold, so you can see how well she starts. It seems like a misfire, but I don't know what is causing it. And it is also running super rich, which you can tell from the black smoke out of the exhaust in the video. Anyways, if anyone can give me any pointer on what to check that would be great

Check your spark plugs, look for vacuum leaks or something you may have forgotten to plug back in. Reseat all connectors on the engine. Check TPS Voltage might be a little off.

EDIT - I know it is nearly impossible but make sure all your coil packs are in the right place.
