What's My M35X Worth?

I'm thinking about selling and was wondering what my 2008 M35X is worth? It has just under 150k miles. 2nd owner/ Moonlight White/ beige int/ Navigation (brand new nav unit a couple years ago $3500 warrantied)/ newer starter/ tensioners and belts/ new Continental DWS tires with alignment/ drilled and slotted brakes/ Megan Racing Y-pipe-Midpipe-axleback blue tip tailpipes, so full catback system that sounds awesome. The rest is stock and clean carfax. So what do you guys think a fair price would be?

Just an FYI, but most of the time mods don't raise the price because you limit your possible buyer pool since not everyone has the same taste. That's why whenever I mod my cars or my bikes, I always keep the stock parts. When its time to sell, I put back what I can and sell the parts separately.

That being said, I usually do a comparison for my area between NADA Guides, KBB and Edmonds and average out the three. I find KBB to be pretty accurate.
