What's missing??

I'm working on my 1990 S13 240 Hatch project and I'm clueless as to what goes to the areas circled in red. The previous owner has it zip-tied but I think some kind of bracket is missing?? It's on the inside of the headlights next to the headlight adjusters.

i think i did that same thing when i didnt have my bumper supports anymore..im sure someone else could tell you for sure tho

There are two support brackets your missing, they bolt to the 8 holes you see in the pic and tie them into the bottom of the core support (straight down) and maybe into the head light motors, that I'm not sure of.

Grab those things though, they will help keep your front end together and looking good/better.
