What's it worth?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Well I will be pulling my KA in about 4 weeks to make room for my RB20. But I am not sure how much I should ask out of the KA. Its a KA24E, rebuilt with about 15k miles (or will have about that on it when i pull it out). Transmission has 138k miles on it. Not sure what else is new on it. I bought the car with the KA rebuilt in it. But what would this be worth? Thanks for any input.

You'll be lucky to get $250...they are a dime a dozen.

If it was a DE, then maybe $400 or so...but E's are WAY too plentiful to carry much value, "rebuilt" or not.
