I'm paying Farmer's $247/6 mos for 30/60/15, and $1000 deductable on comp, & collision. It was $217 a month ago but it went up $30 due to "price increase".

^ Surprised yours is that high, must be the work coverage?

Should mention age will have a lot to do with amount everyone is paying.

Partially the work coverage, partially the double limits.

Also, just as important as age, is location. WA state is among the most expensive states to insure in.

I think it also bears mentioning that different insurance providers are more or less expensive in different areas. Since Pemco is based in Seattle, it's the second cheapest carrier to use in the state... the least expensive being e-Surance, but no way in hell I'm switching to them. Pemco has given me EXCELLENT service throughout my life, definitely worth the little extra cost.

I have Farmers and pay $79/month for full everything. I had a few tickets and an accident a couple years ago, so it should go down when those come off my record. Like EV said, location is a HUGE factor on premium prices. I live in Vegas and the best quote I got here was around 150/month (full coverage - most people don't have full coverage here because of the cost) but my parents' agent let me join their policy since I take a few classes here and there and am technically a 'student' haha. Saves me a TON of money.

$1400 / year$200 deductiblefree windshield replacementI think $0 if you hit a deer...

this includes new car replacement, so if it gets totalled, I get the purchase price back.

Keep in mind some states are no-fault states (like Michigan) and are ridiculously expensive for insurance. Fortunately for my pocketbook, IL is a "normal" state...

State Farm, $205 for 6 months.

$500 deductible, Collison and comp, 50/150/50 (I think), Married, over 25, no tickets, accidents or claims, drive under 7000mi/yr, have a garage, live in a small town in Iowa, commute 3 miles to work. Multiline discount for Homeowners.

USAA was slightly lower for the cars and house, but my motorcycle would have been a lot higher. My BMW motorcycle is worth almost twice that of my Versa, but I only pay $230/yr for it. State Farm is redicuously cheap on motorcycles.

We pay $1788 total for 2 cars, house, and motorcycle.

Originally no, and it was a higher premium, but my parents switched over. My agent is my best friends dad.
