I have this part and I have no clue where it goes, what it does or how to put it in. I have the FSM for my model 240sx (1995), but can't find this specific part. The factoryt # is 15066-5E510 If anyone can help me out. It says "O Ring" on the package.

If anyone can help me out it's greatly appreciated!

Ask dantech on Midway .

If it's very small, maybe for the injectors?

Looks like an injector seal o-ring to me... don't take my word for it though, hehehe.

Goes between injector & bottom o-ring... pretty sure...

Hm, why the heck would I order that....... I thought it was for my oil seal thingy near the crankshaft. Isn't there one under the crank pulley and one in the flywheel area? What are those called?

That is the oring for the oil galley between the front cover and the engine block. It is the only seal between the 2.

How would I go about replacing this thing? If it's on FSM, what page?

That's the front main seal. It's much larger, hehe, I did mine a lil while back.

That o-ring looks like what sits between the oil filter block thing and the actual block too.

It might be used there as well, but as many front covers as I have done I know what that seal is for and how much of B**** it can be keeping it in place on the altima front cover.

The seal by the flywheel is the rear mainseal.
