$150 is way too much. For comparison, I pulled my black dash out of a junkyard for $45. It was really dusty, but crack free and an hour with a few Q-Tips (TM), and some Armorall Wipes (TM) and it was in like new condition.
Unless that dash adds 20 HP, don't pay $150!!!
Also, swapping a dash out is quite easy, just be sure to get ALL of the screws out before you start tugging on it! It's a little easier with a friend, but I've removed my dash countless times now so it's not a big deal. A word of advice, be VERY CAREFUL when you remove the defroster vents on the top of the dash, there a few screws back there that you need to get to, but the vents themselves tend to be brittle as they've been in the sun for countless years. I like to use a small bladed knife and slowly pry them out. The tabs will give and then they'll just pop out.
Good luck!
